Thanks for the note Dale. FYI I used the comparable's that you had provided me with about a month ago and challenged my 2008 Property Tax – Home Assessment Value. It was quite an experience... At the end of the day I was able to have my 2008 Assessed House Value reduced from $644,000 to $582,000.

Hi Dale, I was very impressed with your marketing techniques to get my home sold so quickly at such a high price. You really go the extra mile and are very creative to say the least.
